We walked back a ways on the ranch and found this 'fresh' dead cow. Not sure what got it, but probably coyotes. It was full-grown cow, so that's weird. They usually only get the young ones.

| Finally cleaned out all the old boards & stuff lying around & took it to the burn pile. Somewhere on here is a 2' snake that we also found & killed. |

| The fence is done!!!! Yeah, no more getting out to open/close the gates when we leave or come home. Added bonus, don't have to 'herd' cows off the road to drive down it. |

| We did spend a day at the beach when friends visited from Seattle. It was a nice, sunny day and it was good to have some 'relax' time. |
