Here's a house I found that I really liked - 1940's, wood floors, high ceilings, clapboard walls... but the guys selling it were asking way too much. Well, for the area. If I found a house like this in Seattle for this amount, I'd snatch it up in a heartbeat before the person came to their senses! It's like they say - location, location, location.
